How we check
Anakalice shows you facts about each employer so you can decide for yourself. We check some things before a job goes live, and we show what we've checked and what we haven't. We don't rate employers or give them scores.
What we check
- Identity. We check the employer's email, phone, and business registration. Each check shows the date it was done.
- Salary. We show whether a salary is listed and whether the employer has confirmed it. Confirmed means the employer stands by the figure. It does not guarantee the amount will be paid.
- Replies. We show how often and how quickly an employer replies to applicants, based on their recent activity.
- Hiring and history. We show how many people an employer has hired through Anakalice, how long they've been on the platform, and whether any of their jobs have been removed.
We show facts, not ratings
We show plain facts, like "member since 2026" or "usually replies within 3 days". We don't give employers a badge, a star rating, or a score.
What we don't do
- We don't check that wages are actually paid, and we don't check working conditions or contracts.
- We don't rank job seekers, and we never show whether you were turned down.
- Employers can't pay to be verified.
It works both ways
Job seekers build a history too. It is based only on things you control, like replying to an interview invitation. It is shared only with employers you apply to. It is never public.
If something is wrong
If you think a job or employer is suspicious, report it and a person will look into it. If a fact about you is wrong, tell us and we'll correct it. You can also appeal a decision.
