Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Anakalice Recruit ("Anakalice", "we"), an employment platform operated from Abuja, Nigeria. By creating an account, posting a job, or applying to one, you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
1. Who can use Anakalice
You must be at least 18 (or the legal working age that applies to you). Give accurate information and keep it current. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Don't create multiple accounts to mislead others or evade a suspension, and don't impersonate anyone.
2. Rules for everyone
You must not use Anakalice to:
- run scams, fraud, or fake jobs;
- ask applicants for money, such as "fees to apply", "training fees", or payment of any kind;
- post multi-level-marketing or pyramid schemes;
- impersonate a person or company;
- discriminate unlawfully;
- advertise a salary you don't intend to pay;
- phish, harvest, scrape, sell, or misuse anyone's personal data;
- send spam or bulk unsolicited messages.

3. Employers
Post only real, open jobs, and keep them accurate. Be honest about salary. "Confirmed" means you stand by the figure, not that anyone guarantees it's paid. Respond to applicants reasonably. Process applicant data only to recruit for the job applied for; for that data you are the data controller and Anakalice is your processor. Don't scrape, resell your access, or send spam recruitment.
4. Job seekers
Keep your profile and CV truthful. Apply in good faith, engage honestly with employers, and don't use a fake identity or abuse anyone. How you show up (for example, responding to interviews) may build a history shared only with employers you apply to. It is never public and never a ranking.
5. Trust and evidence
Anakalice generates factual records from real activity: verification, salary disclosure, responsiveness, and hiring history. These are operational records, not ratings, scores, or endorsements. We show what we've checked and what we haven't. See How we check.
6. What we don't guarantee
Anakalice is a venue and a set of tools. We don't guarantee employment, interviews, offers, candidate quality, that wages will be paid, the legitimacy of any user, or uninterrupted, error-free service. What we do commit to: operating with reasonable care, moderating public listings, generating evidence honestly, applying sensible security, and handling personal data per our Privacy Policy and the Nigeria Data Protection Act.
7. Suspension & termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account, remove content, or withdraw a listing where these terms are breached or where required for user safety or by law. We aim to act proportionately, and you may appeal. Serious or repeated fraud may lead to immediate, permanent termination.
8. Your content and ours
You keep ownership of what you post, and grant us a licence to host and display it only to run the platform. The Anakalice name, brand, software, and design are ours. Don't copy, scrape, or resell them.
9. Liability, law & changes
To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts of employers, job seekers, or third parties. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We may update them; when we make a material change we'll post the new version and, where significant, ask you to accept it.
